Take care.

I wish I was a kid again - It's My world - Tuesday
These days, instead of clicking new pics, I am scrolling through my phone for old shots, so I can put those photographs on the blog and capture it forever. I wouldn't want to lose the shots I have taken when (If ever) I change my phone.
This photograph was clicked during one of my visits to the park and I saw a grandfather playing with his grandson on the swing. The picture was so sweet, that I was just sitting on a bench nearby looking at those two enjoying their time together. Looking at them, I could only think of my parents, who I am going to miss terribly once I am married. I will miss you, mom and dad. :) Thanks for making me the person I am today :) You both are my world :)
For obvious reasons, I submit this post for It's My World - Tuesday.

My Weekends are all about work. Since due to technical reasons, we work on Fridays,I spend my Saturdays and Sundays in between these little babies. I am surprised how come I never thought of shooting them before, though I have shared one more post with this theme a year back...To have a look, click HERE.
For now, Take a look.
I submit this post to Black and white Weekends.

Skywatch Friday - Contrasting Day
Few days back I had an amazing time with sky-watch on the way to office and back. The morning shot below was taken when I was surrounded by the gray climate, but there was small gap in the clouds where the sun was trying to peek its way through. Look at the lower part of the picture and you will see the gray city of New Bombay.
The shot below was taken on the same day evening, when the sky had cleared away and it was the most beautiful shades I had seen in a long time. :)
He truly has an amazing paintbrush to make two contrasting views for us in a period of 24 hrs. :)
I submit this post for Sky-Watch Friday. For more skies across the globe, click below.

A hint of Greece - Its my World - Tuesday & ABC Wednesday - C for Culture
I submit a double post today for It's My World - Tuesday and ABC Wednesday - C for Culture, trying to cope up with the backlog of posts for last 2 days. :)
Somehow I feel that this picture is eligible for both the blogs, because I love the way the builder has incorporated Greek style of architecture in this design. We have now come into a world where exchange of cultures are not only a part of our lifestyle and thinking, but also a part of now our architectural style. I look forward to days when Indian monuments will be an inspiration to the designs of third-world-countries too.

Heights of accesorising????
Fashion has surely come a long way. Initially girls used to accessorize with earrings, etc. Then we saw men doing it in the name of Metro-sexuality. Now fashion has taken a target audience to cater to. Have a look..!!!
Don't know what I am talking about?? Lemme zoom it up for you...
Surprised? Well, don't be. This is an actual shot. Maybe tomorrow, we might see Paul Octopus with a finger - ring??

Black and white weekends - Clusters
I couldn't find a more appropriate image for Black and white weekends because this is an image of different bottles of oil paints. I clicked this snap near a glass factory where this was one of the piles of sorted glass. To prove my point, here's one more click of the second pile. It's not a very impressive shot, but I like the organized management at a glass factory too.

Straight Out Of Camera Sunday - As good as it gets.
This is an image borrowed from my sister, Mansi, who I hope will someday become my partner in this blog, not just for clicking pictures but also for posting them here. She is an excellent photographer when it comes to skies and I envy her because when it comes to skies, she has a 3.2 megapixel camera, which shoots better... *wink* Anyways, I love these colors, and they are the original color of the sky, not editing done, leaving me no choice but to submit this post for Straight Out Of the Camera.

Skywatch Friday
I love the way this sky has been captured, giving it a feathery look, especially with the city skyline kind of horizon. I thank Mansi for this shot. Love you sis. :)
I submit this comeback shot for Skywatch Friday.

Pet Pride Thursday - Manzari
For Pet Pride Thursday, I present to you all, Manzari, the cat in our office premises. She has been a part of our area for last 5 years and the last time I saw her (June 2009), she was expecting. Even though I haven't seen any kittens playing around, I am sure she is back for good.

Looking Across the city rains
A click from my very humble cell phone. Somehow, I love the way this shot has come out, including the water droplets on the leaf on the left. I love you my 2 megapixel camera phone. :)
I know it's not exactly a Monday post, but I am submitting this post to Mellow Yellow Monday and Today's Flower which i think this picture suits perfectly to.

As a Child, I have always been a creative kinds, drawing, painting, sketching, etc. Somehow My world always used to be artsy and for me, everything was possible in that side of the world. As I grew up, possibilities reduced and situations brought me back to reality. :)
But I still do miss my Artistic world. Hence my submission to the It's My World Tuesday blog.

It all comes down to this...
Lately, everything around me is pointing towards one single thing, and this picture I feel symbolizes that mood perfectly.
This post is not specifically for any meme, but I am wondering if I can get some suggestions for Monday memes that I can have a theme for. Any suggestions??

The Light of my Life - Straight out of the Camera Sunday
My cell-phone doesn't have the best camera, but I love the way it has captured the design on this lampshade in spite of the bright light. I submit this post to 'Straight out of the camera' for Sunday posts, where I am supposed to post an unedited image from my collection. I am glad I didn't have to do anything to this one. :)

Monsoon is here to stay - Black and white Weekend
I am back on my photoblog, and really hope to be regular on this.
Monsoon brings a certain smile on my face all the time, and adds the most color in everything around me. Somehow everything looks so much more fresh around the most dull surroundings. Since the theme for the weekend is Black and White Weekends, I hope I have been able to capture the freshness of this plant even without the color. :)
I submit this post for Monochrome weekends @ The weekend in Black and White. For more monochrome images, click HERE.
